A few things to know about joining ESP’s supply team
We interview every teacher and teaching assistant face-to-face so that you find your perfect match, because we know there’s lots to consider.
Would you rather work in a larger school or a small village school?
Are you a ECT looking to gain a foothold and kick-start your career?
An experienced teacher who just wants to do a few days a week?
Or an experienced teacher who wants a change of direction?
Are you a part-time teaching assistant looking for additional work?
Or are you new to the teaching assistant role and looking for occasional work to fit around other commitments?
What location do you prefer?
Whatever it is that’s important to you, your face-to-face interview is the chance to discuss it to ensure we only offer you the most suitable job opportunities. As part of our recruitment process we will also carry out all the necessary safety checks, including DBS, children's barred list, identity, teacher prohibition (teachers only), qualifications, medical fitness, permission to work in the UK, overseas checks (including criminal certificates, references and information from regulatory bodies), references and employment history.
All teachers and teaching assistants are also asked to disclose any relevant criminal history.
