About the Exeter Supply Partnership
At Exeter Supply Partnership our schools and teachers are at the heart of everything we do. Our primary aim is to provide quality supply teachers for schools and a positive experience for teachers themselves.
We are a Community Interest Company set up by the member schools of Exeter Consortium who also manage and inform the running of the organisation. Over the years we are pleased to have expanded our services to schools beyond the Exeter area, as well as introduce teaching assistant and nursery practitioner roles. We are passionate about our approach and keen for more schools, nurseries, teachers, teaching assistants and nursery practitioners to benefit from our ethos.
Joining ESP’s supply team means you’ll work closely with us to find work that suits your preferences. We aren’t a one-size-fits-all, preferring to take the time to get to know our supply team and schools to create the perfect match.
Career progression is also important to us, because we know it’s important to you, so we offer subsidised or free professional development opportunities.
As a not-for-profit service we pride ourselves on offering clarity, purpose and commitment to our schools and colleagues.
Exeter Supply Partnership is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all members of the supply team to share this commitment. We are fully compliant with the DfE Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment regulations, with Keeping Children Safe in Education and before any member of the supply team is deployed to a school all mandatory checks required by the DfE are carried out.
