Level 1 - Advertising Vacancies
Our first level of support is helping advertise your vacancies to potential teachers and teaching assistants. You can now add your adverts directly to our jobs board, South West Education Jobs.
In addition to your advert being visible on the jobs board we will also:

- Include details in the Exeter Consortium and ESP newsletters
- Promote vacancies at recruitment events we attend e.g. Universities, Teacher Training Providers

Level 2 - Targeted Recruitment Support
If you have a vacancy which you are having difficulty filling or maybe you haven’t received the right applications, we can help with our targeted recruitment support.
Based on your vacancy and particular requirements we will send a targeted email to a select group of our ESP supply team who meet your requirements.
We will then send you profiles of those who are interested in the position for your consideration.
You can choose the next step; either meet, interview or observe anyone before making a decision and we can assist with the arrangements of this.
Depending on your final decision we can make arrangements for employment, with an initial booking through us for six weeks.
