A few things to know about joining ESP’s supply team

We interview every nursery practitioner face-to-face so that you find your perfect match, because we know there’s lots to consider.

For example:
  • What type of setting and age group would you rather work with?
  • Are you looking to gain a foothold and kick-start your career?
  • An experienced practitioner who just wants to do a few days a week?
  • Are you in a part-time role and looking for additional work?
  • Or are you looking for occasional work to fit around other commitments?
  • What location do you prefer?

Whatever it is that’s important to you, your face-to-face interview is the chance to discuss it to ensure we only offer you the most suitable job opportunities.

As part of our recruitment process we will also carry out all the necessary safety checks, including DBS, children's barred list, identity, qualifications, medical fitness, permission to work in the UK, overseas checks (including criminal certificates, references and information from regulatory bodies), references and employment history.

All nursery practitioners, teachers and teaching assistants are also asked to disclose any relevant criminal history.

All that’s left to do is scroll up to complete an application form.

We’re looking forward to hearing from you.
