Why you should join ESP

Finding environments you’ll love to work in is what we do.

There are a whole host of benefits to working with ESP, so if you’re looking for supply work in Devon, you’re in the right place.

We place teachers in schools all across the county including in and around Exeter, Okehampton, East Devon, Teignmouth, Newton Abbot, Tiverton and Cullompton.

We are also excited to announce the launch of a new Early Years supply service for local nursery and pre-school settings. The aim of this service is to assist settings with sharing staff across the local area, to benefit all children in the community.

The key benefits of working with Exeter Supply Partnership include:

  • Support from surrounding schools as their preferred choice for supply
  • Excellent rates of pay
  • Professional development opportunities available as part of our CPD programme
  • A well-established route into permanent contracts
  • No burden of a ‘finder’s fee’
  • Our experienced team handling your bookings

“I was not sure if I wanted to become a full-time teacher straight away and therefore ESP gave me the chance to do what I love but in my own way. ESP are a lovely team and although I haven’t been there long they have given me opportunities that have allowed me to expand my CPD"

"I am very proud to say that I have worked for ESP because you represent an absolute commitment to both your schools and staff. I have felt valued and appreciated since the start, and your constant support has empowered me to strive to do my best in all the schools I have worked in. Although I have only worked as Supply briefly, I have learnt so much that I shall be taking with me in to my next job."

“The interview was not stressful at all, because the staff were so welcoming and friendly. I found the registration process to be easy to complete, with all administration queries answered clearly and quickly. I can choose which days I work, which is flexible and as an Early Years teacher I prefer to teach only this particular age group. Exeter Supply Partnership have been completely open to this idea which is brilliant. I cannot recommend this agency highly enough.”

I chose to work with the Exeter Supply Partnership because they seemed different from all the other agencies, offering training opportunities and long term placements as well as flexible working hours.

I looked at a number of different agencies before I decided to go with ESP. ESP seemed to stand out in so many areas. In particular their understanding of how schools and teachers work was important and what they offered suited me perfectly. My initial feelings proved correct. ESP are very professional. Their systems are clear and work well and they are all very friendly and helpful should you have any queries.
