Working with ESP

KEY BENEFITS OF JOINING EXETER SUPPLY PARTNERSHIP

  • ESP is supported by schools as the preferred choice for their supply needs
  • Excellent rates of pay
  • A host of CPD opportunities available to you, locally, in our wide-ranging professional development programme
  • A well-established route into permanent contracts with schools, without the burden of “finders” fees
  • A service set up for local schools, with their interests and staffing at the heart of our not-for-profit operation
  • Bookings agreed through personal contact, talking to familiar colleagues to discuss our schools’ requirements
  • Experienced colleagues here in the office will deal with bookings – and they know all of the schools’ administrators and Headteachers personally
ESP is a great way to transition to a permanent school position for outstanding NQTs, experienced teachers and teaching assistants who want to broaden their experience. Also unlike commercially motivated agencies, we have no financial barriers to schools for offering contracts to any of our teachers or teaching assistants – there are no transfer fees for any permanent positions secured through ESP.

Our excellent connections with local schools means that we can find you a vacancy swiftly and within an environment that you’ll love.

“I was not sure if I wanted to become a full-time teacher straight away and therefore ESP gave me the chance to do what I love but in my own way. ESP are a lovely team and although I haven’t been there long they have given me opportunities that have allowed me to expand my CPD"

"I am very proud to say that I have worked for ESP because you represent an absolute commitment to both your schools and staff. I have felt valued and appreciated since the start, and your constant support has empowered me to strive to do my best in all the schools I have worked in. Although I have only worked as Supply briefly, I have learnt so much that I shall be taking with me in to my next job."

“The interview was not stressful at all, because the staff were so welcoming and friendly. I found the registration process to be easy to complete, with all administration queries answered clearly and quickly. I can choose which days I work, which is flexible and as an Early Years teacher I prefer to teach only this particular age group. Exeter Supply Partnership have been completely open to this idea which is brilliant. I cannot recommend this agency highly enough.”

I chose to work with the Exeter Supply Partnership because they seemed different from all the other agencies, offering training opportunities and long term placements as well as flexible working hours.

I was recommended ESP through a few teachers that I know. After doing some research I decided to contact them. After meeting all the staff at ESP I was impressed with their professionalism and how friendly and supportive they all were.

I looked at a number of different agencies before I decided to go with ESP. ESP seemed to stand out in so many areas. In particular their understanding of how schools and teachers work was important and what they offered suited me perfectly. My initial feelings proved correct. ESP are very professional. Their systems are clear and work well and they are all very friendly and helpful should you have any queries.
